Why so few

For most vaults, luck can’t be ruled out yet. Of the 270 rated vaults, 167 have a 90% range that runs across or reaches 50, and 86 have a range that sits below it. 2,658 more are not rated at all, each with its reason. High returns don’t settle it either: doubling your money is not proof of skill.

How a vault gets here

With time and consistency: a longer record under the same method, results that hold across months and assets, and risk the record survives. Deposits moving in and out don’t count as profit, and nobody can pay to be listed, re-rated or left out. A vault leaves the list when its range reaches 50 again. How Brierz rates a vault.
