Terms
Short, because the site is simple: ratings to read, files to reuse with attribution, and no advice.
Ratings are opinions, not advice
A Brierz rating is an opinion about a vault’s past public record, produced under a published, versioned method. It is not a forecast, not a recommendation to deposit or withdraw, and not investment, financial or legal advice. You alone decide what to do with your money, and you bear the outcome.
We work from public data and we check it, but we can’t guarantee it is complete or correct, and we don’t guarantee that a rating is free of error. Where we find an error we correct it and log the correction. To the extent the law allows, Brierz is not liable for losses or decisions connected to the site or its files.
Using the site and the files
- Reading the site and using the published files (JSON, Markdown, badges) is free.
- When you show a rating elsewhere, show the tier, the 90% range and the data date with the score, call it a Brierz rating, and link to the vault page. Don’t rescale it, turn it into stars or fold it into another score.
- Don’t imply that Brierz endorses a vault, a product or a service.
- Use the published files rather than fetching thousands of pages; everything on the site is in them.
Vault names and descriptions
They come from Hyperliquid and are not checked by us. We may hide a name that is abusive and show the address instead. A rating follows the vault address.

What you send through a form is used only to reply to you or to send the one message you asked for. The privacy page says what we keep and for how long.
